Experience Winter Wonder Weekends at Cleveland Metroparks Zoo each weekend now through March 8. Enjoy special keeper chats where guests can learn more about what it takes to care for wildlife around the world including tigers, koalas, primates and pinnipeds.
Winter Wonder Weekends also includes family-friendly crafts and activities, Stuffed Animal Clinic presented by MetroHealth, story time at Wolf Lodge and more. Don't forget the additional discounts on hot chocolate and pretzels, and free rides on the heated Circle of Wildlife Carousel.
The “Zoo Loop” will operate Fridays - Sundays from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. with added stops to the Welcome Plaza, African Elephant Crossing, African Savanna, Wilderness Trek, Circle of Wildlife Carousel, Primate, Cat & Aquatics and Australian Adventure.
Enjoy activities including a seed bomb craft at Wolf Lodge, conservation coloring at the Steffee Center, a scavenger hunt word scramble at Primate Cat & Aquatics and a walking tour of Wilderness Trek on Friday - Sunday from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Guests can also receive $1.00 off hot chocolate and pretzels and receive complimentary rides on the Circle of Wildlife Carousel.
