Multiple In-Person Play Sessions Every Week
Our playroom in the main branch of the Shaker Heights library is open for in-person play sessions. Each 2-hour session has a limited number of spots for families.
Registration is required. If you can no longer attend please be sure to cancel your registration in advance so we can open a spot for another family.
Family Connections playrooms are for families with children birth to 6 and are designed to support early childhood development, build community, and make connections through interactive adult-child play. Each playroom is an imaginative, hands-on space for young children and their caregiver. Our playrooms feature carefully chosen play materials that stimulate children's natural curiosity to discover and explore.
Where: Shaker Heights Library Playroom (16500 Van Aken Blvd, Shaker Heights)
Who: Children birth - age 6 and their caregivers
Session Notes: Wednesday sessions will now feature a guess reader story time at 1:30pm and we are now open on Saturdays from 10am to noon (starting in May)
